Psychologist. Consultant. Facilitator. Speaker.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over a decade of clinical and facilitation experience. I have worked at University of Pennsylvania for 11 years. I am currently the embedded psychologist for Perelman School of Medicine and the Mental Health Intervention and Programming Specialist. I have provided therapeutic services for students and developed programs that have reached thousands of people at Penn. I specialize in creating and leading programs, such as the i care training, and an online mental health program, be aware, to help people recognize signs of stress/distress/crisis and learn skills to support themselves and others.
People desire to connect with peers or colleagues, but often need the confidence and skills to fully engage. When empowered with knowledge, tools, and a safe place to practice, it can be transformational. I look forward to adapting this work to many organizational settings and communities.
